Extra Credit Post " Our Elders"
Well for this assignment i couldn't spend an hour with an elder over the age of 80 because my grandparents from my dads side live in Mexico and my grandparents from my moms side live in Las Vegas so instead i decided to give my grandparents in Mexico. So i talked to my grandma for over an hour she was telling me stories about her childhood and just talking to me she was asking me how i was because i haven't seen her since i was in high school. So before we got off the phone i asked my grandma how she felt after talking to me and she told me that she was really happy and she enjoyed talking to me and then she started crying because thats how happy she was and surprised that i called which made me realize that i will defiantly be calling her and my grandpa more often from on now.

awhhh it so important to be part of your grandparents. I am so close with my grandparents and I so enjoy it as well. they just wont be around forever and I try to learn somthing from them everytime I talk to mine. Im glad you got to chat with your grandma she sounds awesome.
