Stress Reduction
In my opinion stress is just part of our everyday life's you can choose to let stress control you or you can take matters into your own hands. Stress can come from many places for example, work, school and of course our personal life's. In my own life i personally never stress but when i do i have noticed that working out is the best way to release the stress. In my opinion working out early in the morning is the best because i feel like it relaxes me and it gives me a lot of energy for the rest of my day. I have also realized that i am a happier person throughout the day if i had exercised that morning. So next time you are stressing you should go out to the gym or just go out for a run and release that stress and i promise that you will feel good after and will have a whole lot of energy.

Stress does get to be a pain most of the time but of course its gonna happen. But doing something active does elp alot.

ReplyDeleteWell like the professor said the other day, there are good and bad stressors in our lives. It's really up to us to choose to eliminate them or acoid people whose behaviors and attitudes stress us out. Exercise is definitely a way to relieve stress and it helps even more to think about the reasons why you get stressed and you'll find that it's for silly reasons. You also relieve mental stress and relieve it physically by running harder and letting all of your anger out.

ReplyDeleteI agree excerising is one of the best way to relieve stress and tension.I personally love to do yoga as well. Yoga is soo relaxing.
ReplyDeleteYes. We have the power. It is in our hands to take control and not let the stress control our life. I agree that we can do many things to manage it and exercise is one of the best tecniques!!
